Shipping

 

The order processing time is 1-5 business days. Completing and sending of orders is carried out during working hours of our managers, on weekdays from Monday to Friday, with the exception being on holidays.

If you need your order to be shipped at exact date please leave a note during checkout process.

Some of items ordered together may ship separately due to the different dimensions and weights.

  

Shipping times

US orders can take anywhere from 7-17 business days after shipment.

Shipping times vary for each item. International shipment times vary by destination country and takes up to 25 days after shipment.

In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, sanitary restrictions and other force-majeure circumstances.

 

Shipping cost

Shipping cost depends on the country of delivery, parcel weight and

package dimensions and can be calculated on the Cart Page after adding

items or during the checkout. Since 2021 we offer FREE shipping on all orders almost all over the globe!

* Please note that there may be additional customs or import duties based on your chosen destination. There may also be an extra delay on shipping estimates shown above due to current events.

 

Order tracking

Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email

where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of

your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates.

Entered the tracking number, but | cannot see information about the parcel?

After dispatching the parcel it takes some time for information to appear.

Shipping information starts to appear as soon as the parcel is marked in

post offices of the recipient country (usually it takes not more than 2-3 days

from receiving the tracking number). If 2-3 days from the moment of

receiving the tracking number have already passed, and you still cannot track the parcel please contact us and we will take care of rest.

Shipment address changing

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order

has been placed, please contact us at hello@chilledrabbit.com as soon as

possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.

Before placing an order, carefully check your address details. The customer

is fully responsible for the accuracy of specifying shipping address,

recipients name and contact number. In case of unsuccessful delivery attempt, delivery to the wrong address due to an error in shipping address caused by the customer, return of the parcel by the carrier to the warehouse due to a missing address, full or partial refund will not be provided.

*Please note, shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through PayPal may not be modified once the order has been submitted.

Unfortunately, due to difficulties with shipping services we don’t deliver to:

Albania, Algeria, Iran, Kosovo, North Korea, Tunisia, and some other

countries. We are sorry for this temporary inconvenience, and we will do our best to begin shipping to these countries.
